Welcome to Capture Deals, Below are the Refund Policy Applying to only https://capturedeals.ae customers. 


  • Refund Policy You may request to cancel your booking for a full refund, up to 24 hours before the date and time of the tour.


  • Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before the tour are applicable for 50% refund.


  • Cancellations less than 12 hours before tour non refundable. 
  • When you register for a tour, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


  • All cancellations must be made directly with Capture Deals.


  • A Booking is only officially cancelled once the Guest has received confirmation of the cancellation from [email protected]. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card/debit card.
